摘 要:胺的甲基化反应是一种常见而重要的反应,在有机合成中得到了广泛的研究。N-甲基化化合物广泛用于药物合成、染料、检测剂、生物中间体和洗涤剂。传统合成中的N-甲基化反应需要甲基化试剂和还原剂,不利于可持续发展。开发了一种仅使用甲醛为原料便可实现二丙胺甲基化反应的新途径,并考察了不同反应条件下的影响和不同的二丙胺的N-甲基化效果,考察了常见仲胺的N-甲基化效果。The methylation reaction of amines is a common and important reaction that has been studied extensively in organic synthesis.N-methylated compounds are widely used in drug synthesis,dyes,detection agents,biological intermediates and detergents.N-methylation reactions in traditional synthesis,require methylating reagents and reducing agents,are not conducive to sustainable development.A new route was developed to achieve the dimethylation of dipropylamine using only formaldehyde as starting material,and the effect of different reaction conditions and the N-methylation of different dipropylamines were investigated,the N-methylation of common secondary amines was discussed.
