城市商业街道柔性边界的表达形态与价值研究

摘　　要：文章以城市商业街道柔性边界为研究对象,首先对相关概念进行界定,并在此基础上提出了“柔性边界二要素”。文章采用建筑透明性理论、格式塔心理学、建筑现象学以及边界效应等相关理论,并结合实地调研的方法,归纳柔性边界在街道空间中的四种表达形态、三大特点及三大价值。以期在当下城市更新“存量时代”的背景下,为规避众多历史文化名城出现的“千城一面”现象及保持街道社会交往的必要性等方面提供一个全新的视角。This paper takes the flexible boundary of urban commercial street as the research object,firstly defines the related concepts,and then puts forward"two elements of flexible boundary".Based on the theory of building transparency,Gestalt psychology,architectural phenomenology,boundary effect and other relevant theories combined with field research methods,this paper summarizes four forms of expression,three characteristics and three values of flexible boundary in street space.In the context of the current"stock era"of urban renewal,it is expected to provide a new perspective for avoiding the phenomenon of"one thousand cities"in many historical and culutral cities and the necessity of maintaining social communicatoin in the streets.
