基于交互五要素的非遗苗绣产业平台设计研究

摘　　要：为促进苗绣资源数字化、苗绣文化企业管理数字化及商业模式数字化。文章基于用户、行为、目的、场景、媒介构成了交互五要素,同时引入JTBD模型,挖掘苗绣企业、苗绣传承人、消费者的用户需求,通过将需求集合显化为特定用户的交互行为档案,并以用户行为推理用户意图,构建实现用户意图的多元化场景,最终完成苗绣产业平台设计。以期不同用户可以通过苗绣产业平台了解苗绣文化,传播苗绣文化,共享苗绣资源促进苗绣产业的发展。In order to promote the digitisation of Miao embroidery resources,the digitisation of the management of Miao embroidery cultural enterprises and the digitisation of business models.Based on the five elements of interaction consisting of user,behaviour,purpose,scene and media,the article introduces the JTBD model,mines the three types of user demand sets of Miao embroidery enterprises,Miao embroidery inheritors and consumers,and completes the design of the Miao embroidery industry platform by manifesting the demand sets into the interaction behaviour profiles of specific users,reasoning the user intentions based on the user behaviours,and constructing a diversified scenario for realizing the user's intentions.It realises that different users can understand the Miao embroidery culture,spread the Miao embroidery culture and share the Miao embroidery resources to promote the development of the Miao embroidery industry through the Miao embroidery industry platform.
