摘　　要：目的 探讨对乙酰氨基酚甘露醇注射液在膝关节置换术后的镇痛效果。方法 随机选取2022年9月—2023年6月济宁市第二人民医院收治的120例人工全膝关节置换术患者为研究对象,均属于单膝病变。按双盲随机数字抽样法分为两组,每组60例。观察组采用乙酰氨基酚甘露醇镇痛结合舒芬太尼镇痛,对照组采用舒芬太尼镇痛。比较两组的镇痛效果。结果 观察组术后4、8、12、24 h静息和活动(屈膝至45°状态)时疼痛视觉模拟评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组术中和术后24 h内舒芬太尼用量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的15.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.904,P<0.05)。结论 乙酰氨基酚甘露醇镇痛结合舒芬太尼镇痛可以降低患者的疼痛感,减少阿片类药使用量,且不良反应较少。Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of acetaminophen mannitol injection after knee joint replacement.Methods A total of one hundred and twenty patients admitted to undergoing total knee replacement in Jining Second People's Hospital from September 2022 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,all of whom were single-knee lesions.They were divided into two groups with sixty cases in each group according to double-blind random number sampling.The observation group received acetaminophen mannitol analgesia combined with sufentanil analgesia.Sufentanil analgesia was used in control group.The analgesic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The pain visual pattern scores of the observation group at rest and activity(kneeling to 45°) at 4,8,12 and 24 h after surgery were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The dosage of sufentanil in the observation group was lower than that in the control group during and with in 24 h after operation,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%,lower than that in the control group(15.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.904,P<0.05).Conclusion Acetaminophen mannitol analgesia combined with sufentanil analgesia can reduce the pain of patients,reduce the use of opioids,and fewer adverse reactions.
