综合护理服务在肾结石PCNL术后患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的 研究肾结石患者经皮肾镜碎石术(Percutaneous Nephrolithotripsy,PCNL)术后实施综合护理的影响与效果。方法 便利选取2022年6月—2023年6月青岛大学附属医院行PCNL术治疗的144例肾结石患者为研究对象。使用随机抽签法分为两组,对照组(n=72)应用常规护理,观察组(n=72)应用综合护理服务。比较两组术后并发症、生活质量与护理满意度。结果 观察组并发症发生率为4.17%,低于对照组的13.89%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.143,P<0.05);护理后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 肾结石患者行PCNL术治疗后接受综合护理服务,可降低术后相关并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量,提升护理满意度,临床应用价值显著。Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing after percutaneous nephrolithotripsy(PCNL) in patients with kidney stones.Methods A total of one hundred and forty-four patients with kidney stones who underwent PCNL treatment in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from June 2022 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups using a random draw.The control group(n=72) was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group(n=72) was treated with comprehensive nursing services.Postoperative complications,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.17%,which was lower than 13.89% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.143,P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PCNL can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the quality of life of patients,and enhance nursing satisfaction,and has significant clinical application value.
