激励式结合放松式心理干预在脊柱骨折患者护理中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨激励式心理护理联合放松式心理护理在脊柱骨折患者治疗期间的应用价值。方法 方便选取2022年8月—2023年8月山东省滕州市中医医院骨科收治的78例脊柱骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组(n=39,常规护理)与研究组(n=39,激励式结合放松式心理护理),对比两组负性情绪评分、心理弹性评分、心理健康优良率。结果 研究组焦虑评分为(35.56±3.43)分、抑郁评分为(34.82±3.72)分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.002、12.154,P均<0.05)。研究组心理弹性中力量性为(28.61±2.14)分、坚韧性为(30.56±3.02)分、乐观性为(28.63±1.42)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.064、8.527、12.581,P均<0.05)。研究组心理健康优良率为97.44%较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.014,P<0.05)。结论 在脊柱骨折患者的护理中采取激励式结合放松式心理护理能够改善其心理弹性,缓解焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,可提高患者的心理健康状态。Objective To explore the application value of stimulating psychological nursing combined with relaxing psychological nursing in the treatment of spinal fracture patients.Methods A total of seventy-eight patients with spinal fracture admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of Tengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Shandong Province from August 2022 to August 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and grouped according to random number table method.Control group(n=39,conventional nursing) and study group(n=39,stimulation combined with relaxation psychological nursing).The negative emotion score,mental resilience score and good rate of mental health were compared between the two groups.Results The anxiety scores of the study group were(35.56±3.43)points and depression scores was(34.82±3.72) points,which were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.002,12.154,both P<0.05).The mental resilience of the study group was(28.61±2.14) points,tenacity was(30.56±3.02) points and optimism was(28.63±1.42) points,which were higher than that of the control group and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.064,8.527,12.581,all P<0.05).The excellent rate of mental health in the study group was 97.44%,which was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.014,P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with spinal fracture,the combination of stimulation and relaxation psychological nursing can improve their mental resilience,relieve anxiety,depression and other negative emotions,and improve their mental health.
