摘　　要：目的 探讨腹腔镜泌尿外科上尿路手术围术期患者经加速康复外科方案干预后的康复效果。方法 单纯随机选取2021年1月—2022年12月牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院泌尿外科收治的80例行腹腔镜泌尿外科上尿路手术患者为研究对象,根据奇偶数编号分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行加速康复外科护理,比较两组的心理状态、并发症发生情况、护理满意度及生活质量。结果 护理后,两组的焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表得分均较护理前低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率(5.00%)低于对照组(22.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.275,P<0.05)。护理后,两组的生活质量各评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 腹腔镜泌尿外科上尿路手术患者围术期采用加速康复外科护理方案进行干预后,身心状态较佳,并发症的发生风险较低,护理满意度明显提高,生活质量明显改善。Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of perioperative patients undergoing laparoscopic urology upper urinary tract surgery after the intervention of accelerated rehabilitation surgery program.Methods 80 cases of laparoscopic urology upper urinary tract surgery patients admitted to the Department of Urology of Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College from January 2021 to December 2022 were simple conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the odd-even numbering,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing care,and the observation group was treated with accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing care,comparing the psychological status,occurrence of complications,nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups.Results After the nursing care,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing care,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group(5.00%) was lower than that of the control group(22.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.275,P<0.05).After care,each score of quality of life in both groups was higher than that before care,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic urology upper urinary tract surgery patients with perioperative intervention using accelerated rehabilitation surgical care program,the physical and mental state is better,the risk of complications is lower,the satisfaction of nursing care is significantly higher,and the quality of
