分析桂枝加芍药汤合消瘰丸加减治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床价值

摘　　要：目的 分析小儿肠系膜淋巴炎实施桂枝芍药汤合消瘰丸加减治疗的价值。方法 方便选取龙口市中医医院于2022年12月—2023年12月收治的84例肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿为研究对象,按随机数表法分组,每组42例,比照组行传统治疗,实践组行桂枝加芍药汤合消瘰丸加减治疗,比较两组炎症指标、肠系淋巴结双径、症状积分、症状恢复时间和疗效。结果 治疗前,两组C-反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)以及降钙素原(Procalcitonin,PCT)比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。治疗后,实践组CRP、PCT均低于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,肠系淋巴结长径以及短径均低于治疗前,实践组更低于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);恶心呕吐以及腹痛恶寒的症状积分均低于治疗前,且实践组更低于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。实践组症状恢复时间均短于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实践组治疗总有效率为97.62%,高于比照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.974,P<0.05)。结论 桂枝芍药汤合消瘰丸加减方案疗效好,能迅速减轻患儿炎症,改善肠系膜淋巴结炎的相关症状,缩短症状消除时间。Objective To analyze the value of Guizhi Shaoyao Decoction combined with Xiaobao pill in the treatment of mesenteric lymphatitis in children.Methods A total of eighty-four children with mesenteric lymphadenitis admitted to Longkou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2022 to December 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into groups according to random number table method,with forty-two cases in each group.The comparison group received traditional treatment,and the practice group received Guizhi Shaoyao Decoction combined with Xiaobao pill.The inflammatory index,double diameter of intestinal lymph node,symptom score,symptom recovery time and curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in C-reactive protein(CRP) and procalcitonin(PCT) between the two groups(both P>0.05).After treatment,CRP and PCT in practice group were lower than those in comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the long diameter and short diameter of intestinal lymph nodes were lower than before treatment,and the practice group was lower than the comparison group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05);the scores of related symptoms such as nausea,vomiting,abdominal pain and chills were lower than before treatment,and the practice group was lower than the comparison group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The recovery time of each symptom in practice group was shorter than that in comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the practice group was 97.62%,which was higher than that of the comparison group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.974,P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Shaoyao Decoction combined with Xiaobao pill has good curative effect,can quickly reduce the inflammation of children,improve the related symptoms of mesenteric lym
