肾衰宁胶囊联合氯沙坦钾在慢性肾小球肾炎中的应用进展

摘　　要：慢性肾小球肾炎,也被称为慢性肾炎,属于肾脏疾病中的慢性进展性疾病,会导致肾功能逐渐丧失。近年来,肾衰宁胶囊联合氯沙坦钾的应用在临床治疗中展现出卓越的效果,该用药方案不仅改善了患者的临床症状,还显著降低了中医证候积分,为慢性肾小球肾炎的治疗提供了新的参考路径。肾衰宁胶囊是一种中成药,具有利尿、降压的作用,而氯沙坦钾是一种能够阻断血管紧张素Ⅱ与其受体结合的药物,具有降低血压的作用。两种药物的联合应用可以有效降低血压,改善肾功能,从而减轻慢性肾小球肾炎对肾脏的损害。随着联合药物的应用也在最新研究中得到进一步的发展,越来越多的研究表明,上述药物的联合应用可以显著改善肾功能,降低尿蛋白和血尿的发生率,从而为患者提供更好的治疗效果。因此,对肾衰宁胶囊联合氯沙坦钾治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的效果进行分析有着重要意义。Chronic glomerulonephritis,also known as chronic nephritis,belongs to the chronic progressive diseases in renal diseases,which will lead to the gradual loss of renal function.In recent years,the application of Shenshuaining capsule combined with losartan potassium has demonstrated excellent results in clinical treatment,and this dosing regimen not only improved the clinical symptoms of patients,but also significantly reduced the Chinese medicine evidence points,which provides a new reference path for the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Shenshuaining capsule is a kind of Chinese patent medicine with diuretic and antihypertensive effects,while losartan potassium is a kind of drug that can block the binding of angiotensin Ⅱ and its receptor,which has the effect of lowering the blood pressure.The combined application of the two drugs can effectively reduce blood pressure and improve renal function,thus reducing the damage to the kidneys caused by chronic glomerulonephritis.As the application of combined drugs is also further developed in the latest research,more and more studies have shown that the combined application of the above drugs can significantly improve renal function and reduce the incidence of urinary protein and hematuria,thus providing better therapeutic effects for patients.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the effect of Shenshuaining capsule combined with losartan potassium in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.
