摘　　要：目的优选肺炎合剂的制备工艺。方法以盐酸麻黄碱含量及干膏率的综合评分为评价指标,以加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数为考察因素,采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验法优选肺炎合剂水提取工艺,采用单因素试验法考察其浓缩温度及纯化工艺,并进行验证试验。结果优选最佳制备工艺为煎煮2次,第1次加8倍量水,第2次加6倍量水,每次煎煮1.5 h,煎液减压(压强为0.05 mbar)浓缩温度控制在55~85℃,采用离心机(转速为10000 r/min,离心半径为92 mm)过滤。按优选工艺制备的3份样品中,盐酸麻黄碱含量为0.14 mg/m L,干膏率为10.66%。结论优选工艺科学、合理,操作简便,且稳定性、重复性好,可为肺炎合剂的工业化生产提供试验依据。Objective To optimize the preparation process for Feiyan Mixture.Methods With comprehensive score of ephedrinehydrochloride content and extract rate as the evaluation index,the L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal test was used to optimize the extractionprocess of Feiyan Mixture with water addition,decoction time,and decoction times as the investigation factors.Single factor test wasused to investigate the concentration temperature and purification process,and validation test was carried out.Results The optimalextraction process was as follows:decocting twice,adding eight times the amount of water for the first time and six times theamount of water for the second time,decocting for 1.5 h each time,controlling the concentration temperature in the range of 55-85 ℃ under reduced pressure(pressure of 0.05 mbar),and filtering by a centrifuge(speed of 10 000 r/min,centrifuge radius of92 mm).The ephedrine content in three samples prepared by the optimal process was 0.14 mg/m L,and the extract rate was10.66%.Conclusion The optimal extraction process is scientific,reasonable,easy to operate,and has good stability andrepeatability,which can provide experimental evidence for the industrial production of Feiyan Mixture.
