摘 要:目的探讨对脑梗死(CI)恢复期患者采用脑反射治疗仪联合虚拟现实训练进行干预对认知功能、运动功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月巩义市人民医院收治的86例CI恢复期患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成观察组(n=43)与对照组(n=43),对照组采用常规康复训练,观察组采用脑反射治疗仪联合虚拟现实训练,对两组认知功能、运动功能及生活质量进行比较。结果干预后两组简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分高于干预前,且干预后观察组MMSE评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后两组Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)评分高于干预前,且干预后观察组FMA评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后两组世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分高于干预前,且干预后观察组WHOQOL-BREF评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑反射治疗仪联合虚拟现实训练应用于CI恢复期患者中,可改善认知功能与运动功能,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effects of brain reflex therapy combined with virtual reality training on cognitive function,motor function,and quality of life in patients in the recovery phase of cerebral infarction(CI).Methods A total of 86 CI patients in the recovery phase admitted to Gongyi City People’s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an observation group(n=43)and a control group(n=43)according to the random number table method.The control group received conventional rehabilitation training,while the observation group received brain reflex therapy combined with virtual reality training.The cognitive function,motor function,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)scores of both groups were higher than before the intervention,and the MMSE score of the observation group after the intervention was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After the intervention,the Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)scores of both groups were higher than before the intervention,and the FMA score of the observation group after the intervention was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After the intervention,the World Health Organization Quality of Life Brief Version(WHOQOL-BREF)scores of both groups were higher than before the intervention,and the WHOQOL-BREF score of the observation group after the intervention was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of brain reflex therapy combined with virtual reality training in CI patients in the recovery phase can improve cognitive and motor functions and enhance the quality of life.
