摘  要:在湖泊生态修复过程中,湖泊底质改性材料对水体恢复过程起到了关键的作用,但基质不同改性类型对沉水植物生长发育的影响目前尚不清楚。文章研究了4种改性材料(酸改性、酸+热改性、微波改性和微波+热改性)的麦饭石基质对苦草生长过程的影响。结果表明,在整个培养期间,不同改性组苦草生长指标均有增幅,但酸+热改性组增幅最大。在各培养时期,各改性组叶片叶绿素均值含量均高于原始麦饭石组(CK),各改性组叶片MDA含量下降速率均高于CK组,且在培养后期CK组叶片CAT酶活性均低于改性组。研究表明不同改性麦饭石对苦草的促生效果不同,其中促生效果最佳的为酸+热改性组,该结论可为原位生态修复领域中选择最佳底质改良剂提供参考。In the process of lake ecological restoration,the modified material of lake bottom plays a key role in the process of water restoration,but the influence of different substrate modification types on the growth and development of submerged plants is still unclear.Therefore,the effects of four modified maifanite substrate materials(Acid modification,acid+thermal modification,microwave modification and microwave+thermal modification)on the growth process of Vallisneria natans were studied.The results showed that the growth indexes of Vallisneria natans in different modified groups increased during the whole culture period,but the growth of Vallisneria natans in acid+heat modified group increased the most.At each culture stage,the mean content of chlorophyll in leaves of modified groups was higher than that of original maifanite group(CK),the rate of decrease of MDA content in leaves of modified groups was higher than that of CK group,and the CAT enzyme activity in leaves of CK group was lower than that of modified group at the later culture stage.Different modified maifanite had different growth promoting effects on Vallisneria natans,among which the acid+heat modification group had the best growth promoting effect.The conclusion could provide a reference for selecting the best substrate modifier in the field of in-situ ecological restoration.
