摘  要:以往设计高层建筑电梯交通方案时,一般只考虑乘梯的便捷性及运输的高效率。随着近些年绿色建筑理念的普及,很多的办公CBD项目在设计时更加注重节能环保,从而在配置电梯时,更加追求性价比高的电梯配置方案,即不仅仅要关注电梯的运输效率,还要考虑电梯的节能环保因素,同时提高乘客和物业管理公司的满意度。文章就此进行探讨,从电梯5min运送能力、乘客平均等候时间、节能降本等因素综合考虑电梯配置方案的设计。In the past,when designing elevator transportation plans for high-rise buildings,the factors generally considered were the convenience of taking the elevator and the high efficiency of transportation.With the popularization of green building concepts in recent years,many office CBD projects pay more attention to energy conservation and environmental protection in their design.Therefore,when configuring elevators,they pursue more cost-effective elevator configuration solutions,which not only focus on the transportation efficiency of elevators,but also consider the energy-saving and environmental protection factors of elevators,while improving the satisfaction of passengers and property management companies.This article explores the design of elevator configuration schemes based on factors such as the 5-minute transportation capacity of elevators,average waiting time of passengers,and energy conservation and cost reduction.
