摘  要:QS-650清筛机作为铁路养护维修的重要设备,其作业装置包含众多旋转部件和支撑销轴,润滑工作至关重要。目前,人工润滑方式存在润滑不及时、漏加润滑油、润滑油加注不足等问题,且缺乏详细记录,给管理带来不便。此外,作业环境的扬尘易进入润滑部件,加剧磨耗,影响设备性能。特别是位于装置内侧或车底的销轴,维护困难,存在安全隐患。为解决这些问题,文章提出智能润滑系统的应用。该系统能精准、及时地对各润滑点进行润滑,确保每个部件都得到充分润滑,降低磨耗。同时,系统具备润滑记录功能,方便管理和追踪。通过实际安装效果的跟踪,可为项目工程化提供理论依据和试验数据,旨在提高工作效率和安全性,确保QS-650清筛机的稳定运行,为铁路养护维修工作提供有力支持。As an important equipment for railway maintenance and repair,the QS-650 screen cleaning car's operating device includes numerous rotating parts and supporting pins,and lubrication work is crucial.At present,there are many shortcomings in manual lubrication methods,such as untimely,missing,insufficientfilling,and a lack of detailed records,which brings inconvenience to management.In addition,dust from the working environment is prone to entering lubricating components,exacerbating wear and affecting equipment performance.Especially for those pin shafts located on the inside of the device or under the vehicle,maintenance is difficult and there are safety hazards.To address these issues,this article proposes an automatic lubrication system solution.This system can accurately and timely lubricate each lubrication point,ensuring that each component is fully lubricated and reducing wear.At the same time,the system has lubrication recording function,which is convenient for management and tracking.By tracking the actual installation effect,we provide theoretical basis and experimental data for the engineering of the project,aiming to improve work efficiency and safety,ensure the stable operation of the QS-650 screening car,and provide strong support for railway maintenance and repair work.
