摘 要:对月见草根多糖的提取纯化及理化性质进行分析,通过优化工艺参数,得到了较为理想的提取效果。根据化学成分测定的结果,月见草根粗多糖含有49.7%的总糖、19.2%的蛋白和10.4%的硫酸盐及少量的糖醛酸。根据GC-MS对单糖组分的分析,月见草根粗多糖主要由葡萄糖(91.0%)及少量的阿拉伯糖(4.7%)和半乳糖(2.8%)组成。此外,在化学成分分析和应用探讨方面,全面地评估了月见草根多糖在医药、食品等领域的应用潜力。The purpose of this study was to analyze the extraction,purification and chemical characteristics of polysaccharides extracted from Oenothera biennis root(OBR).By optimizing the process parameters,a better extraction effect was obtained.According to the results of chemical compositions determination,the crude polysaccharide of OBR root contained 49.7%total sugar,19.2%protein,10.4%sulfate groups and a small amount of uronic acid.According to the analysis of monosaccharide components by GC-MS,the crude OBR polysaccharides were mainly composed of glucose(91%)and a small amount of arabinose(4.7%)and galactose(2.8%).Additionally,in terms of chemical characteristics analysis,the potential application of OBR root polysaccharides in medicine,food and other fields was evaluated comprehensively.
