碳纳米管与石墨烯对NBR/EUG复合材料结构与性能的影响

摘  要:将碳纳米管(CNT)和石墨烯分别加入丁腈橡胶NBR/杜仲橡胶EUG复合材料中,研究了碳纳米管和石墨烯对NBR/EUG复合材料硫化特性、拉伸性能、分散性及损耗因子的影响。结果表明:随着CNT和石墨烯用量的增加,硫化胶的M_(H)、M_(L)及M_(H)-M_(L)升高,焦烧时间和硫化时间缩短;加入CNT和石墨烯在复合材料中形成纳米通道,提高了其在复合材料中的分散性;CNT使复合材料的损耗因子(tanδ)峰值下降,在0℃以上时tanδ随着CNT用量的增加而增大;加入石墨烯对复合材料的tanδ影响不大。Carbon nanotubes(CNT)and graphene were added into NBR/EUG composites respectively.The effects of CNT and graphene on the vulcanization characteristics,tensile properties,dispersion properties and loss factor of NBR/EUG composites were studied.The results showed that with the increase of the amount of CNT and graphene,the M_(H)、M_(L) and M_(H)-M_(L) of the composites increased,and the scorch time and the vulcanization time were shortened.The addition of CNT and graphene formed nanochannels in the composites,which improved the dispersion of the composites.The loss factor(tanδ)peak value of the composite decreased with the addition of CNT.When it was above 0℃,the tanδincreased with increase of the amount of CNT.The addition of graphene had little effect on the tanδof the composites.
