摘 要:为探究植物乳杆菌P8对低蛋白日粮蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、营养物质代谢率、血清免疫和抗氧化指标的影响,试验选取31周龄体重相近、健康的海兰褐蛋鸡144只,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复8只。对照组饲喂基础日粮(粗蛋白水平为16%);低蛋白组饲喂粗蛋白水平为12%的日粮,并补充4种必需氨基酸至对照组水平;植物乳杆菌P8组饲喂添加1×1011 cfu/kg植物乳杆菌P8的低蛋白日粮。预试期1周,正试期8周。结果显示:与对照组相比,低蛋白组蛋鸡平均日采食量、产蛋率、产蛋量和平均蛋重显著降低(P<0.05);植物乳杆菌P8显著改善低蛋白日粮饲喂蛋鸡的产蛋率、产蛋量、哈氏单位、干物质和粗蛋白表观代谢率(P<0.05)。此外,低蛋白组蛋鸡血清白细胞介素-1β、白细胞介素-6、丙二醛含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05);植物乳杆菌P8可显著降低低蛋白组蛋鸡血清白细胞介素-1β、白细胞介素-6和丙二醛水平(P<0.05),显著提高血清过氧化氢酶活性(P<0.05)。综上所述,植物乳杆菌P8可在一定程度上改善过低粗蛋白水平导致的蛋鸡生产性能和营养物质表观代谢率的降低,提高蛋鸡血清抗氧化和免疫功能。To explore the effects of Lactobacillus plantarum P8 on productive performance,egg quality,nutrient apparent metabolic rates,serum immune and antioxidant indices of laying hens fed with low-protein diet,one hundred and forty-four healthy laying hens with similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into three groups with six replicates per treat-ment and eight laying hens per replicate.The laying hens in the control group was fed with basal diet(crude protein was 16%),low protein group was fed 12%protein diet supplemented with four essential amino acids to the control group,and Lactobacillus plantarum P8 group was fed low protein diet supplemented with 1×1011 cfu/g Lactobacillus plantarum P8.The pr-trial period was 1 week and the trial period was eight weeks.The results showed that the average feed intake,laying rate,egg yield and average egg weight in low protein group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).While dietary Lactobacillus plantarum P8 sup-plementation significantly increased the laying rate,egg yield,Haugh unit,and apparent metabolic rates of dry matter and the crude protein of laying hens in low protein group(P<0.05),with no significant difference on other performance.Additionally,low-protein diet could significantly increase the serum levels of interleukin-1β,interleukin-6,and malondialdehyde(P<0.05),and decrease the activity of glutathione peroxidase and catalase(P<0.05).However,the adverse effects on laying rate,egg yield,serum antioxidant enzymes(glutathione peroxidase and catalase)and levels of interleukin-1β,interleukin-6,and malondialde-hyde were reversed by supplementation of Lactobacillus plantarum P8(P<0.05).It was indicated that the supplementation of Lac-tobacillus plantarum P8 could improve the decreased productive performance and nutrient apparent metabolic rates of laying hens caused by low-protein diet in a certain extent,and enhance the antioxidant and immune function.
