合生元对青脚麻鸡生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响

摘　　要：为探究日粮添加合生元对青脚麻鸡生长性能、器官指数、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响,试验选取684只体况一致、体重相近的1日龄青脚麻鸡公鸡,随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复57只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂添加2 g/kg合生元(主要成分是低聚壳聚糖、低聚木糖、枯草芽孢杆菌和凹凸棒石)的基础日粮,试验期为63 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,日粮添加2 g/kg合生元显著提高43~63日龄青脚麻鸡平均日增重和平均日采食量(P<0.05),同时有提高1~63日龄青脚麻鸡平均日增重和63日龄青脚麻鸡末重的趋势(0.05≤P<0.10);合生元对青脚麻鸡免疫器官指数和肠道指数无显著影响(P>0.05);日粮添加2 g/kg合生元显著降低青脚麻鸡腹脂率(P<0.05);日粮添加2 g/kg合生元可显著升高青脚麻鸡胸肌pH24 h、显著降低腿肌亮度值(P<0.05);日粮添加2 g/kg合生元有提高胸肌pH45 min和腿肌pH24 h趋势(0.05≤P<0.10),有降低胸肌亮度值和腿肌48 h滴水损失趋势(0.05≤P<0.10)。综上所述,日粮添加2 g/kg合生元可显著提高43~63日龄青脚麻鸡平均日增重和平均日采食量,显著提高青脚麻鸡胸肌pH24 h,显著降低青脚麻鸡腹脂率和腿肌亮度值,从而改善青脚麻鸡生产性能、屠宰性能和肉品质。This study was to investigate the effects of dietary synbiotics on growth performance,organ index,slaughter perfor-mance and meat quality of partridge shank chickens.A total of 684 one-day-age male partridge shank chickens with same body condition and similar body weight were randomized into 2 groups with 6 replicates for each group and 57 chicks for each repli-cate.Birds in the control group were fed with a basal diet,and those in the experimental group were fed the basal diet supplement-ed with 2 g/kg synbiotics(containing chitosan oligosaccharide,xylooligosaccharide,Bacillus subtilis and palygorskite).The experi-ment lasted for 63 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,2 g/kg synbiotics could significantly increase the average daily gain and average daily intake of partridge shank chickens at the age of 43 to 63 days(P<0.05),and be tended to improve the average daily gain of partidge shank chickens at the age of 43 to 63 days and final body weight of partidge shank chickens at the age of 63 days(0.05≤P<0.10);2 g/kg synbiotics had no significant effect on the immune organ and intestine index-es of partidge shank chickens(P>0.05);The abdominal fat percentage of partidge shank chickens was significantly reduced after the addition of 2 g/kg synbiotics(P<0.05);The pH24 h of breast muscle was significantly higher and lightness value of thigh muscle was significantly lower in the synbiotics treatment(P<0.05);Moreover,birds fed diet supplemented with 2 g/kg synbiotics had a tendency toward increasing the pH45 min of breast muscle and pH24h of thigh muscle(0.05≤P<0.10),while,decreasing lightness val-ue of breast muscle and 48 h drip loss of thigh muscle(0.05≤P<0.10).In conclusion,2 g/kg synbiotics could significantly improve the average daily gain and average daily intake of partidge shank chickens at the age of 43 to 63 days,increase the pH24 h of breast muscle,decrease the abdominal fat percentage and lightness value of thigh muscle of partridge shank chickens,which indicated that the synb
