摘 要:蛋白质饲料资源紧缺已成为制约我国家禽业可持续发展的关键问题。近年来,低蛋白质日粮饲料技术在家禽养殖业中已有较多应用。低蛋白日粮有节约蛋白原料、减少氮排放、降低饲料成本及家禽舍内氨气和硫化氢等有毒有害气体浓度等优点。研究表明,适当降低日粮蛋白含量可以在不影响生产性能的基础上,提高家禽对营养物质的消化吸收率,进而提高饲料的利用效率。文章综述了低蛋白日粮技术对家禽生长性能和肠道健康的影响,为低蛋白日粮的科学应用提供理论参考。The shortage of protein feed resources has become a key problem restricting the sustainable development of poul-try industry in China.In recent years,low protein diet technology has been widely studied in poultry industry.Low-protein diets have the advantages of saving protein materials,reducing nitrogen emissions and feed costs,and reducing the concentration of tox-ic and harmful gases such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide.Previous studies have shown that appropriately reducing the dietary protein content can increase the digestion and absorption rate of nutrients in poultry without affecting production performance,thereby improving feed utilization efficiency.This paper reviewed the effects of low protein diet on growth performance and intesti-nal health of poultry,which provided theoretical references for the application of low protein diet.
