摘 要:黄烷酮母体结构的合成方法涉及了不同起始原料的选择和特定的合成步骤,如羟醛缩合和弱碱性条件下催化环化等。通过比较不同起始原料和优化改进合成方法,可以得到高效、高产率的黄烷酮母体结构合成方法,为相关研究提供了重要的参考和指导。对黄烷酮母体结构合成的文献进行了梳理,总结了黄烷酮的合成方法。以苯甲醛和邻羟基苯乙酮作为起始原料[1],结合试验条件,通过羟醛缩合和弱碱性条件下的催化环化等步骤,成功合成了黄烷酮母体结构。该研究为黄烷酮的合成提供了一种可行的方法,有望为相关领域的研究提供新的思路。The synthesis method of the parent structure of flavanone involves the selection of different starting materials and specific synthesis steps,such as aldol condensation and catalytic cyclization under weak alkaline conditions.By comparing different starting materials and optimizing synthesis methods,an efficient and high-yield synthesis method for the parent structure of flavanone can be obtained,providing important reference and guidance for related research.This article reviews the literature on the synthesis of flavanone precursor structures and summarizes the synthesis methods of flavanone.Using benzaldehyde and ortho hydroxyacetophenone as starting materials,combined with experimental conditions,the parent structure of flavanone was successfully synthesized through steps such as aldol condensation and catalytic cyclization under weak alkaline conditions.This study provides a feasible method for the synthesis of flavanones and is expected to provide new ideas for research in related fields.
