摘　　要：主要介绍了中海石油宁波大榭石化有限公司160万t/a芳烃装置结晶、制冷单元固液两相工况条件下所选用的低温浆料球阀的设计工况、结构设计特点以及该型球阀的选材、加工制造、性能试验等过程。This article mainly introduces the design conditions,structural design characteristics,material selection,manufacturing,and performance testing of the low-temperature slurry ball valve selected for the crystallization and refrigeration unit of CNOOC Ningbo daxie Petrochemical co.Ltd.'s 1.6 million t/a aromatics unit under solid-liquid two-phase working conditions.
