摘  要:安钢焦化作业部回收作业区担负煤气净化及输送重任。焦炉产出的煤气经多道工序净化处理后,才可供后续用户使用。其中,硫铵工序负责脱除煤气中的氨氮任务,由于使用饱和器法生产硫酸铵,经过饱和器后的煤气势必夹带少量硫酸铵母液,造成煤气管线点蚀。考虑到停产更换煤气管线周期长、影响面广,因此主要探讨如何在不停产的条件下,各种更换方案的可实施性及优劣性对比。The recovery area of the coking operation department of Ansteel is responsible for gas purification and transportation.The gas produced by the coke oven is purified and processed through multiple processes before it can be supplied to subsequent users.Among them,the ammonium sulfate process is responsible for removing ammonia nitrogen from the gas.Due to the use of the saturator method to produce ammonium sulfate,the gas after passing through the saturator will inevitably carry a small amount of ammonium sulfate mother liquor,causing pitting corrosion in the gas pipeline.Considering the long cycle and wide impact of replacing gas pipelines during shutdown,this article mainly discusses how to compare the feasibility and advantages of various replacement schemes under non shutdown conditions.
