摘 要:探讨了两步法冷坩埚玻璃固化技术在高放废液处理中的工艺设计和台架验证试验研究。首先介绍了该技术的原理及工艺步骤,并分析了关键工艺参数对高放废液的影响,并以最大限度包容放射性核素为目标,针对熔制温度、熔制时间、适用配方等进行了工艺设计,并对两步法冷坩埚高放废液玻璃固化关键工艺影响因素进行了研究分析。在台架验证试验研究部分,介绍了两步法冷坩埚高放废液玻璃固化模拟料液试验方案,并对初步试验验证结果进行分析讨论,总结分析了工艺优化的方向,强调了该技术的技术创新点与优势,并提出了面临的挑战与改进方向。This article explores the process design and bench validation experimental research of two-step cold crucible glass solidification technology in the treatment of high-level radioactive waste.Firstly,the principle and process steps of this technology were introduced,and the influence of key process parameters on high-level radioactive waste was analyzed.With the goal of maximizing the containment of radioactive nuclides,process design was carried out for melting temperature,melting time,applicable formula,etc.The key factors affecting the glass solidification process of two-step cold crucible high-level radioactive waste were studied and analyzed.In the section of bench validation test research,the two-step cold crucible high-level radioactive waste glass solidification simulation liquid test scheme was introduced,and the preliminary test verification results were analyzed and discussed.The direction of process optimization was summarized and analyzed,emphasizing the technological innovation points and advantages of this technology,and proposing the challenges and improvement directions it faces.
