摘 要:作为反映组织低灌注的重要指标,早期血乳酸水平及其变化趋势与脓毒症患者预后关系密切。新近研究证实,乳酸可参与机体天然和获得性免疫调控,并且具有转录后修饰功能,直接影响脓毒症发展。非缺氧型乳酸增多、有氧糖酵解、主要能量底物等重要科学问题不断赋予乳酸新的角色和功能,很有必要深刻认识乳酸的作用与意义。As the key biomarker of tissue hypoperfusion,early lactate level and its clearance rate are related closely to the prognosis of sepsis.Recent studies have been demonstrated that lactate appears to be a crucial signal involving in both innate and adaptive immune responses.Lactate is able to induce protein lactylation,which is proved to regulate the function of cytokines through post-translational modification.Newly hot topics are increasing attention to the lactate production and regulation,including non-anoxic increment of lactate,aerobic glycolysis,and important energy substrate.It is necessary to update our knowledge concerning lactate in sepsis.
