加裁调脾护心方治疗高血压心脾两虚证的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察加裁调脾护心方治疗高血压心脾两虚证的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年10月—2023年11月就诊于安徽中医药大学第一附属医院心内科的高血压病人60例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。对照组予以常规西药规范治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用加裁调脾护心方。观察两组中医证候积分、中医证候疗效、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、生活质量评价量表(SF-36)评分。结果:治疗4周后,两组中医证候积分较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后PSQI评分、SF-36评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加裁调脾护心方可减轻病人临床症状,提高睡眠质量,改善生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Modified Tiaopi Huxin formula for treating hypertension with deficiency of the heart and spleen.Methods:Sixty patients were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.the patients of control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the patients of treatment group were treated with Modified Tiaopi Huxin formula on the basis of control group.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome effect,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,Quality of Life Evaluation Scale(SF-36)score and other indexes were compared before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups were less than that before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the treatment group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,PSQI score and SF-36 score of both groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Tiaopi Huxin formula for treating hypertension could alleviate patients′clinical symptoms,enhance sleep quality and improve the quality of life.
