摘　　要：结构化理论认为,社会场域中存在两股相互拉扯的力量,即制约行动的结构定型力量和自由意志的主体能动力量。论文将传媒产业视为一种结构化系统,尝试在“结构-能动”二元分析框架下,调研对比两家传媒组织的创新实践,探讨传媒组织的社会资本与行动策略之间的交互作用,以审视传媒创新的内在逻辑。研究发现,传媒产业系统的结构性影响客观存在,尽管传媒组织积极开展创新,但路线和策略存在明显差异。创新动力更多源自生存逻辑,但创新绩效有助于提升社会资本,一定程度优化组织在传媒结构中的位置。在双元创新模型中,“探索式创新”更有助于传媒组织突破路径依赖、避免陷入结构锁定。论文尝试性提出了中国传媒组织的社会资本评估模型和创新策略分析框架。The theory of structuration suggests that there are two opposing forces in the social field:one is structure-oriented,restricting actions,while the other is subject-oriented,enabling free will.Defining journalism as a social field,this article compares the innovative practices of two media organizations through the framework of Structure-Agency.It explores the interaction between social capital and innovation strategies to examine the logic of journalism innovation.The study found that the structural influence of the media industry system objectively exists.Although media organizations actively engage in innovation,there are significant differences in their paths and strategies.Innovations can enhance a media organization's social capital and moderately optimize its position in the structure.However,the basic logic of innovation focuses more on survival and development than on resisting the structure.Exploration,compared to exploitation in Innovative Ambidexterity,is more conducive to breaking through path dependence and escaping structural lock-in.A model to evaluate the social capital of Chinese media organizations and an analytical framework to examine innovation strategies are proposed.
