摘　　要：2024年是中阿合作论坛成立20周年。20年来,论坛历经世界风云变幻和中东变局的严峻考验,取得了丰硕的成果,也积累了丰富的经验。在论坛机制的推动下,中阿合作全面深化,中阿关系提质升级。世界之变、时代之变、历史之变正在以前所未有的方式展开,国际秩序加速转型,国际关系分化重组。美西方霸权势力持续衰落,“全球南方”团结崛起。新形势下,阿拉伯国家的内部诉求和对外关系都发生了深刻变化,中国与阿拉伯国家相互形成新的认知,中阿合作也具有了全新的时代意义。This year marks the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum.Over the past 20 years,the forum has withstood the severe test of the ever-changing world situation and the changes in the Middle East,and has achieved fruitful results and accumulated rich experience.Built as an important mechanism to enhance relations between China and Arabic states,the forum has strengthened the long-standing cooperation and upgraded the ties between China and Arab states.Changes of the world,of our times,and of the historical trajectory are taking place in unprecedented ways.The transformation of international order is accelerating,while international relations are experiencing divisions and reorganizations.As the Western hegemony declines and the Global South countries rise in unity,profound changes have taken place in the internal demands and external relations of Arab states.China and Arab states have formed new understanding of each other,and the cooperation between them is endowed with contemporary significance.
