摘　　要：2023年12月18日甘肃省临夏回族自治州积石山县发生6.2级地震,造成严重人员伤亡和财产损失。通过实地考察,揭示本次地震的主要震害特点,给出积石山6.2级地震烈度划分标志及各烈度区的特征,从指挥决策、协调联动、人员搜救、伤员救治、技术支撑、舆情处置、受灾群众安置及次生灾害隐患排查等方面阐述该次地震的应对处置过程和工作成效,分析总结本次抗震救灾经验启示,结合当地经济社会发展现状和防震减灾工作存在的不足,提出灾后恢复重建对策。On December 18,2023,an earthquake with magnitude 6.2 struck Jishishan County in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Province,causing severe casualties and property losses in the surrounding areas.Based on site investigations,the main damage characteristics of the earthquake were identified,and intensity classification criteria were proposed.The work process and effectiveness of the earthquake emergency response were detailed,covering aspects such as governmental decision-making,response coordination,victim search and rescue,treat ment of the wounded,technical support,public opinion management,resettlement of refugees,and secondary hazard screening.Finally,lessons from the earthquake disaster relief were drawn,and post-earthquake reconstruction countermeasures were proposed,considering local social and economic conditions as well as deficiencies in the current system of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.
