津巴布韦某锂矿重介选矿设计方案研究

摘  要:随着能源电池等行业的迅猛发展,锂矿石资源的开发利用得到重视,某公司计划在津巴布韦建设一规模为100万t/a的选矿厂,通过试验研究,设计方案采用破碎-两段重介+中矿再碎再选重介分选的工艺流程。设计方案工艺先进可靠,经济效益良好,可为当地带来较好的经济效益和社会效益,有较高的可行性。With the rapid development of industries such as energy batteries,the development and utilization of lithium ore resources have received attention.A certain company plans to build a beneficiation plant with a scale of 1 million tons per year in Zimbabwe.Through experimental research,the design scheme adopts a process flow of crushing two-stage heavy medium+medium ore re crush‐ing and heavy medium separation.The design scheme has advanced and reliable technology,good economic benefits,and brings good economic and social benefits to the local area,with high feasibility.
