锌冶炼中三种新型除钴剂的研究应用

摘  要:湿法炼锌的净液工序采用加锑盐、锌粉的方法净化新液。每吨锌的锌粉单耗约70~80 kg,为降低净液工序锌粉单耗,引进几种新型除钴剂进行除钴。A、B两种除钴剂为有机除钴剂,C除钴剂为无机除钴剂。三种除钴剂在适当条件进行反应,均达到预期的除钴效果。其中A除钴剂成本最低,B除钴剂成本最高。The purification process of wet zinc smelting adopts the method of adding antimony salts and zinc powder to purify the new liquid.The unit consumption of zinc powder per ton of zinc is about 70~80 kg.In order to reduce the unit consumption of zinc powder in the purification process,several new cobalt removal agents have been introduced for cobalt removal.A,B two cobalt re‐moval agents are organic cobalt removal agents,and C cobalt removal agent is inorganic cobalt removal agent.Three cobalt removal agents reacted under appropriate conditions and achieved the expected cobalt removal effect.Among them,A has the lowest cost of cobalt removal agent,while B has the highest cost of cobalt removal agent.
