摘　　要：在世界范围的现代化实践中,中国式现代化的突出特征在于重视秩序层面的均衡性,主要体现在其对于经济社会发展与政治文明转型的关系处理上。综观经典现代性的诸多内部面向与现代化理论的基本发展取向,以现代文化为底本、遵循战后既有发展模式的现代化建设实践不足以实现文明尺度的现代转型,需要历史脉络及关系秩序维度的观察加以补充。各国现代化建设的政治实践与历史进程表明,以秩序重建为导向的政治生活是现代化的核心领域,现代政治的基本任务或现代国家的共同目标是使新旧转换之际多元分散的社会利益通过适当机制,重新凝聚在民族国家的政治意志乃至文明层面的秩序结构之中。中国式现代化是党的领导下全体人民共同参与的现代化,以国家治理现代化为中轴,以坚持和完善中国特色社会主义制度为目标,力图建构并推动重构现代国家内部及国际体系的均衡秩序,从而在文明层面为现代化开辟了新的理想形态与现实可能。In the practice of modernization around the world,the distinguishing feature of Chinese path is its concern for balance of order,which is mainly reflected in the relationship among economic growth,social development and the transformation of political civilization.Modernization based on western culture is not sufficient to achieve a modern transformation of ancient civilization,and the observation of the historical lineage and the relational order dimension will be more helpful.The political practice and historical process of modernization in various countries have shown that the political structure is significant for modernization,and the common goal of modern states is to make the diversified and scattered social interests in the political will of the nation-state and in the structure of the civilization.Chinese path to modernization is a modernization in which all the people participate under the leadership of CPC,with the the modernization of China’s capacity for governance,and adherence to the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,and which seeks to construct a balanced order in the international system,thus opening up a new ideal form and a realistic possibility of modernization on the civilizational level.
