摘  要:冠状动脉支架介入手术是治疗冠状动脉狭窄疾病最常用的方法之一,但大部分冠状动脉支架不可降解,长期存在于体内会对血管造成刺激,并产生影像学伪影,可降解材料在冠状动脉支架的应用解决了这一难题,其降解产物均会在人体内降解吸收或排出体外。常用的可降解材料包括可降解金属及可降解聚合物,不同材料的选用及支架的制备方式均会影响支架的性能,未来仍需要采取新的工业设计及新型材料使其具有足够强的支撑性能以及良好的降解性能。Coronary stent intervention is one of the most commonly used methods for the treatment of coronary artery stenosis disease,but most of the coronary stents are non-degradable,and long-term existence in the body will cause irritation to blood vessels and generate imaging artifact interference.The application of degradable materials in coronary artery stents solves this problem,and their degradation products will be degraded,absorbed,or excreted by the human body.Commonly used degradable materials include degradable metals and degradable polymers,and the selection of different materials and the preparation methods of stents will affect the performance of stents.In the future,it is still necessary to adopt new industrial designs and new materials to make them have strong enough support properties and good degradation properties.
