摘  要:面部抗衰治疗是现代医学美容领域的一个重要分支,其目标在于通过各种技术修复和重塑面部皮肤的紧致度和弹性,以延缓面部衰老。近年来,注射再生材料填充物(如聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚己内酯、聚左旋乳酸、羟基磷灰石)以其非手术性、操作简便以及效果显著的特点受到广泛关注。然而,随着其在面部年轻化领域的广泛应用,出现一系列与之相关的不良反应。深入研究注射再生材料的种类、评估注射后对其他治疗方式或疾病的可能影响,对开发更理想的填充材料具有重要意义。In the field of contemporary medical aesthetics,facial anti-aging treatments constitute a pivotal branch,with the objective of repairing and reshaping the skin′s firmness and elasticity through various techniques to mitigate the signs of facial aging.In recent years,injectable regenerative materials such as polymethyl methacrylate,polycaprolactone,poly-L-lactic acid,and hydroxyapatite have attracted considerable attention due to their non-surgical nature,ease of operation,and significant efficacy.However,as their use in facial rejuvenation has become more prevalent,a variety of adverse reactions associated with these materials have also come to light.Further research into the types of injectable regenerative materials and assessing the possible effects after injection on other treatment modalities or diseases have important implications for the development of more desirable filler materials.
