摘　　要：豆蔻素是一种从姜科植物草豆蔻和其他植物中提取的天然查耳酮化合物。现代药理学研究证明豆蔻素具有强大的抗炎作用,广泛用于各种炎症性疾病的治疗。此外,豆蔻素还具有抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗病毒、抗原虫等作用。豆蔻素通过调节转录因子、细胞因子、酶和其他蛋白质等信号分子的表达,在人体炎症性疾病中发挥广泛的抗炎作用。因此,全面了解豆蔻素的抗炎作用及具体机制,可以为豆蔻素的开发利用提供更多依据,为临床抗炎治疗提供更多选择。Cardamonin is a natural chalcone compound derived from Alpinia katsumadai and other plants in the ginger family.Modern pharmacological studies reveal that cardamomin has a powerful anti-inflammatory effect and it is widely used in the treatment of various inflammatory diseases.In addition,it also has anti-tumor,antibacterial,antiviral,anti-protozoa and other effects.By regulating the expression of signaling molecules such as transcription factors,cytokines,enzymes,and other proteins,cardamomin plays a wide range of anti-inflammatory effects in human inflammatory diseases.Therefore,a comprehensive understanding of the anti-inflammatory effect and specific mechanism of cardamomin can provide more references for the development and utilization of cardamomin,providing more options for clinical anti-inflammatory treatment.
