摘  要:阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的发病与上气道解剖结构异常或病变息息相关,因此临床上对其诊断更多依靠影像学数据。随着技术的革新,锥形束CT(CBCT)与多层螺旋CT(MSCT)一样能提供从鼻咽、口咽到喉咽完整的上气道影像资料,两者在临床应用中均能作为OSAHS的诊断依据。但与MSCT相比,CBCT具有辐射量小、使用便捷等特点。这些特点不但能减少患者暴露在辐射中的危害,还能帮助临床医师制订更详细的诊疗计划。因此未来在OSAHS等相关疾病的诊断中,CBCT将会得到更广泛的推广和应用。The onset of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)is closely related to the abnormal or pathological structure of the upper airway,so the clinical diagnosis of OSAHS is more dependent on imaging data.With the technological innovation,cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)can provide complete upper airway image data from nasopharynx,oropharynx to laryngeal pharynx like multislice spiral computed tomography(MSCT),both of which can be used as diagnostic basis of OSAHS in clinical application.But compared with MSCT,CBCT has the characteristics of less radiation and convenient use etc.These features can not only reduce the patients′exposure to radiation but also help the clinicians to make more detailed treatment plans.Therefore,in the future,CBCT will be more widely promoted and applied in the diagnosis of OSAHS and other related diseases.
