机电安装工程整体预制装配技术的应用分析

摘  要:在当前机电安装工程中,整体预制装配技术是其重要组成部分,对整个工程安装质量产生影响,本文主要结合具体工程案例,对整体预制装配技术在机电安装工程中的应用进行分析研究,主要包括:电气线路的预配置、电缆的预剪裁、接口的预安装等,做到快速安装到位;综合支吊架设计,为施工提供运输和现场安装的便捷性;管段预制加工和组装,确保现场安装快速而精确;防火封堵施工,防止施工后期火源通过孔洞、缝隙等处传播,保护建筑物;暖通空调系统在厂房内预先焊接和组装,按序运输,快速安装。结果表明整体预制装配技术在机电安装工程中有着良好的应用效果,对提升工程质量有着很好的推动作用。In the current electromechanical installation project,integrated prefabricated assembly technology is an important component of it,it has an impact on the installation quality of the entire project,this article mainly combines specific engineering cases,analysis and research on the application of integrated prefabricated assembly technology in mechanical and electrical installation engineering,including the following technical content:Pre-configuration of electrical circuits.pre-cutting of cables、pre-installation of interfaces and so on,ensure quick installation in place.Integrated support and hanger design provides convenience for transportation and on-site installation during construction;prefabrication and assembly of pipe sections to ensure fast and accurate on-site installation;fire sealing construction,prevent the spread of fire sources through holes and cracks in the later construction period to protect the buildingHVAC systems are pre welded and assembled in the factory,transported in sequence,and quickly installed.The results indicate that the overall prefabricated assembly technology has a good application effect in mechanical and electrical installation engineering,and has a good promoting effect on improving engincering quality.
