摘 要:为解决市中心旧房改造施工场地狭小问题,提出逆向施工技术,优化了塔吊基础布置,采用旋挖灌注桩和高位桩承台结合,提高了施工效率和质量。利用BIM信息模型优化了塔吊的覆盖范围,确保后期拆机空间需求。技术采用旋挖钻孔灌注桩和高位桩承台共同承受荷载。在土方开挖前进行桩基施工,并进行水平位移和基础沉况降观测,施工效率和质量得到了提升。This study aims to solve the problem of narrow construction sites for the renovation of old houses in the city center,propose reverse construction technology,optimize the layout of tower crane foundations,and use a combination of rotary excavation grouting piles and high-level pile caps to improve construction efficiency and quality.The coverage range of the tower crane was optimized using the BIM information model to ensure the later dismantling space requirements.The technology adopts rotary drilling and grouting piles and high-level pile caps to jointly bear the load.Prior to earthwork excavation,pile foundation construction was carried out,and horizontal displacement and foundation settlement observations were conducted,resulting in improved construction efficiency and quality.
