摘  要:为了应对复杂地质条件下大断面岩巷快速掘进施工与支护控制的挑战,探讨针对施工方案与支护控制技术的优化。通过对某煤层地质条件的详细分析,设计了快速掘进施工方案,涵盖施工工艺流程、设备选型与配置以及施工工序优化;制定并优化了临时支护控制方案,设计支护参数,选用控制装备,确定技术关键点并进行效果评价;探讨了永久支护控制技术,包括锚索、帮锚杆、顶板锚杆安装技术的关键点和效果评价。研究应用结果表明,优化后的施工方案和支护技术提高了掘进效率,增强了支护效果,确保了施工安全。通过技术创新与优化应用,不仅实现了大断面岩巷的快速掘进,还提升了整体施工质量和安全水平。In order to cope with the challenges of rapid excavation and support control of large section rock tunnels under complex geological conditions,this paper explores the optimization of construction plans and support control technologies.Through a detailed analysis of the geological conditions of a certain coal seam,a rapid excavation construction plan was designed,covering construction process flow,equipment selection and configuration,and construction process optimization;Developed and optimized a temporary support control plan,designed support parameters,selected control equipment,identified technical key points,and conducted effect evaluation;Explored the key points and effectiveness evaluation of permanent support control technology,including anchor cables,support anchor rods,and roof anchor rod installation technology.The results indicate that the optimized construction plan and support technology have improved excavation eficiency,enhanced support effectiveness,and ensured construction safety.The conclusion points out that through technological innovation and optimized application,not only has the rapid excavation of large section rock tunnels been achieved,but the overall construction quality and safety level have also been improved.
