摘 要:为确保挤扩支盘桩的安全与稳定,深入探讨了挤扩支盘桩的竖向承载力及其设计施工要点,为工程实践提供全面的理论指导和技术支持。首先,分析了挤扩支盘桩的承载机制及其影响因素,提出了综合考虑地质条件、桩身材料、桩径和桩长,以及支盘参数的竖向承载力计算方法;其次,从地质勘察、桩型选择、桩身材料与结构设计等方面详细阐述了设计要点,强调了设计与施工的协同优化;最后,详细解析了施工准备、成孔与护筒埋设、挤扩支盘施工以及混凝土灌注与桩头处理等施工要点。研究表明,挤扩支盘桩能够显著提升桩基竖向承载力,为各类建筑项目提供坚实可靠的基础与支撑。The article delves into the vertical bearing capacity and key design and construction points of extruded branch piles.Firstly,the bearing mechanism and influencing factors of squeezed branch piles were analyzed,and a vertical bearing capacity calculation method was proposed that comprehensively considers geological conditions,pile body materials,pile diameter and length,as well as branch parameters.Secondly,the design points were elaborated in detail from the aspects of geological exploration,pile type selection,pile material and structural design,emphasizing the coordinated optimization of design and construction.Finally,detailed analysis was conducted on construction preparation,drilling and casing embedding,expansion support plate construction,as well as concrete pouring and pile head treatment.Research has shown that squeezed branch piles can significantly enhance the vertical bearing capacity of pile foundations,providing a solid and reliable foundation and support for various construction projects.
