摘 要:在煤矿开采过程中,煤矿立井提升系统能够显著提高煤矿开采质量,具有重量轻、体积小、运输效率高等重要优势。结合矿井工作案例,对煤矿立井提升系统现状进行了综合分析,从实际工程作业角度提出了煤矿立井提升系统效率优化策略。对提升效果进行综合分析后发现,采用优化策略之后,煤矿立井提升系统效率得到了显著提升,缩短了单次运行周期和装卸时间,降低了误操作频率,落煤量下降,证明该研究具有一定的现实应用价值。In the process of coal mining,the mine shaft hoisting system can significantly improve the quality of coal mining,with important advantages such as light weight,small size,high transportation efficiency,etc.A comprehensive analysis was conducted on the current situation of the coal mine shaft lifting system based on practical cases of mine work.Subsequently,from the perspective of practical engineering operations,a strategy for improving the eficiency of the coal mine shaft lifting system was proposed.Finally,a comprehensive analysis was conducted on the improvement effect,and it was found that after adopting the proposed optimization strategy,the efficiency of the coal mine shaft lifting system was significantly improved,the single operation cycle and loading and unloading time were shortened,the frequency of misoperation was reduced,and the amount of coal dropped decreased.This proves that the research has certain practical application value.
