摘 要:在建筑行业大力发展的背景下,施工安全管理显得尤为重要。为了提高建筑施工企业的经济效益,强化企业核心竞争力,加强建筑施工安全管理势在必行。利用安全风险层次化分析方法,对湖北武汉碧桂园·凰城工程项目施工的风险因素进行量化分析,明确基础风险层、作业风险层以及管理风险层的实际内容,并提出明确的风险规避措施。通过引入安全风险层次化分析手段,使得风险规避方案的制定更加科学,大大降低了施工安全风险发生概率,提高施工企业经济效益,对实现建筑施工企业可持续发展具有重要意义。Against the backdrop of the vigorous development of the construction industry,construction safety management has become particularly important.In order to improve the economic benefits of construction enterprises,strengthen their core competitiveness,and enhance construction safety management,it is imperative.Using the hierarchical analysis method of safety risks,this study quantitatively analyzes the risk factors of the construction of the Hubei Wuhan Country Garden Huangcheng project,clarifies the actual content of the basic risk layer,operational risk layer,and management risk layer,and proposes clear risk avoidance measures.By introducing the hierarchical analysis method of safety risks,the formulation of risk avoidance plans is made more scientific,greatly reducing the probability of construction safety risks and improving the economic benefits of construction enterprises,which is of great significance for achieving sustainable development of construction enterprises.
