摘　　要：公路路政管理是维护道路秩序、确保交通安全的关键环节,其重要性不可忽视。目前,公路路政管理面临的挑战主要包括信息化应用不足、管理队伍素质参差不齐、法规制度滞后等核心问题。通过分析多篇文献综述并结合日常的工作经验,对公路路政管理的关键问题进行深入的探讨。公路路政管理需做到以下几点:①加强信息化建设,提高路政管理智能化水平;②加强路政队伍的专业化培训,增强其业务能力和服务意识;③完善法规制度,确保路政管理有法可依、有章可循。深入剖析了当前公路路政管理的核心问题,并提出切实可行的优化策略,以显著强化公路路政管理的效能,保障公路交通的安全与顺畅。Highway administration management is a key link in maintaining road order and ensuring traffic safety,and its importance cannot be ignored.At present,the challenges faced by highway administration management mainly include insuficient application of information technology,uneven quality of management teams,and lagging laws and regulations.The author conducts in-depth discussions on key issues in highway administration management by analyzing multiple literature reviews and combining them with daily work experience.The following points need to be achieved in highway administration management:①Strengthen information construction and improve the intelligence level of road administration management;②Strengthen the professional training of the road administration team,enhance their business capabilities and service awareness;③Improve regulations and systems to ensure that road management has laws and regulations to follow.Aiming to deeply analyze the core issues of current highway administration management and propose practical optimization strategies to significantly enhance the efficiency of highway administration management and ensure the safety and smoothness of highway trafic.
