摘 要:肺动脉高压(PH)是一种涉及多种临床症状,并可能与多种心血管和呼吸系统疾病相关的病理生理综合征。PH患者多因右心衰竭而死亡,因此准确地评估PH患者的右心室功能可为临床患者提供病情严重程度、对治疗的反应性以及预后等有效信息。超声心动图是临床最常用的检查方法,可评价PH患者右心室收缩功能和估计肺动脉压。随着新技术的发展,评价右心室功能的新思路和新指标的出现成为必然,现对超声无创评价PH患者右心室收缩功能的研究新进展进行综述。Pulmonary hypertension(PH)is a pathophysiological syndrome that involves a variety of clinical symptoms and may be associated with a variety of cardiovascular and respiratory diseases.Patients with PH most often die of right heart failure,so accurate evaluation of right ventricular function in patients with PH can provide effective clinical information about the severity of the condition,responsiveness to treatment,and prognosis.Echocardiography is the most commonly used clinical examination method to evaluate right ventricular systolic function and estimate pulmonary artery pressure in patients with PH.With the development of new technologies,the emergence of new ideas and indicators for evaluating right ventricular function has become inevitable.New progress in the study of ultrasound noninvasive evaluation of right ventricular systolic function in patients with PH is reviewed in this article.
