摘　　要：β受体阻滞剂是治疗各种心血管疾病的基石,被广泛用于心力衰竭、心律失常、高血压及缺血性心脏病等疾病的治疗。现综述在这些疾病情况下,β受体阻滞剂相关作用的证据,以及临床实践指南对β受体阻滞剂使用的建议,希望提高β受体阻滞剂在这些疾病情况下的精准用药。β-Blocker is the cornerstone of the treatment of various cardiovascular diseases and is widely used in the treatment of heart failure,arrhythmia,hypertension and ischemic heart disease.This paper reviews the evidence forβ-blocker-related effects in these disease conditions,as well as the recommendations of clinical practice guidelines for the use ofβ-blocker,with the hope of facilitating the precise use ofβ-blocker in these disease conditions.
