摘 要:针对自主式水下无人航行器(AUV)航程短、尾轴易泄漏等问题,以AUV尾轴传动系统中的机械密封为研究对象,建立了双抛物线型流体静压型机械端面密封(DPHS-MS)二维轴对称数学模型,并对模型进行了试验验证;兼顾流体黏度随压力和温度的变化,选用有限差分法对Reynolds方程、能量方程及其他控制方程组成的耦合数学模型进行了数值分析计算;在相同的几何与环境参数下,对DPHS-MS、传统锥形(锥角β)流体静压型机械端面密封(CHS-MS)、单抛物线型流体静压型机械端面密封(PHS-MS)的密封性能进行对比。结果表明,在同等开启力下,DPHS-MS泄漏量比CHS-MS,PHS-MS小,且DPHS-MS提高了AUV水下运行的航程及安全可靠性,同等工况下航程可提高1 km以上;得到了几何参数对DPHS-MS密封性能的影响规律,优化了几何参数设计值。研究结果可为提高AUV尾轴机械密封效果提供理论设计依据。For the problems of short range and easy tail shaft leakage of autonomous underwater unmanned vehicle(AUV),with the mechanical seal used in the tail shaft drive system of AUV as the research object,a two-dimensional axisymmetric mathematical model was established for a hydrostatic mechanical seal with double parabola faces(DPHS-MS),and the model was experimentally validated;Considering the effects of variation of the sealed fluid viscosity with temperature and pressure,finite difference method was used to numerically analyze and calculate the coupled mathematical model composed of the Reynolds equation,energy equation and other equations;Sealing performance parameters were compared among DPHS-MS,a hydrostatic mechanical seal with single parabola face(PHS-MS),and a hydrostatic mechanical seal within convergent face(CHS-MS)at same geometry and environmental parameters.The results show that the leakage of DPHS-MS is smaller than that of PHS-MS and CHS-MS,and the range and safety reliability of AUV are improved,the range can be increased by more than 1 km under the same working conditions;The influence rules of geometric parameters on the performance of DPHS-MS were obtained,and the geometric parameter design values of DPHS-MS were optimized.The research results can provide theoretical design basis for improving the mechanical sealing effect of AUV tail shaft.
