摘  要:为优化圆盘粉碎机变频调速控制系统的运行效果,提高系统动态响应速度与变频调速控制能力,设计了一种圆盘粉碎机变频调速PLC控制系统。首先,选用6ED1052-2CC08-0BA2型号的PLC控制器与ACS800-01-0250-3型变频器作为系统硬件;然后,设计系统软件程序架构,保证系统各项功能的顺利运行;在此基础上,使用PLC编程软件设计系统主控PLC单元,确保程序逻辑正确无误;最后,分别通过启动、调速、停止控制程序对圆盘粉碎机进行变频调速PLC控制。结果表明,应用所设计的PLC控制系统后,针对6条不同的圆盘粉碎机变频调速指令,该系统的动态响应速度显著加快,与常规控制系统相比,该系统对圆盘粉碎机的变频调速控制能力较强,能迅速针对指令作出反应。To optimize the operation effect of the variable frequency speed control system of the disc crusher,improve the dynamic response speed and variable frequency speed control ability of the system,a PLC control system for variable frequency speed control of the disc crusher was designed.Firstly,the 6ED1052-2CC08-0BA2 PLC controller and ACS800-01-0250-3frequency converter are selected as the system hardware.Then,design the system software program architecture to ensure the smooth operation of all system functions.On this basis,use PLC programming software to design the main control PLC unit of the system,ensuring that the program logic is correct and error free.Finally,the disc crusher is controlled by variable frequency speed control PLC through the start,speed regulation,and stop control programs.The results show that after applying the designed PLC control system,the dynamic response speed of the system is significantly accelerated for 6 different variable frequency speed regulation commands of the disc crusher.Compared with conventional control systems,the system has stronger control ability for variable frequency speed regulation of the disc crusher and can quickly respond to commands.
