摘 要:传统的维护模式需要配置大量人员监护燃煤锅炉蒸汽吹灰器的运行,无法及时发现设备的潜在缺陷。详细介绍了国能寿光公司燃煤锅炉吹灰器运行监控系统的部署及实施。通过在吹灰器本体上安装以工业物联网技术为基础的吹灰器运行监控系统,采集并分析数据,有利于及时、准确找到吹灰器存在的缺陷,为吹灰器运行和维护提供有效的运行指导,提高吹灰系统的可靠性,有效弥补传统吹灰器维护模式的不足。The traditional maintenance mode requires a large number of personnel to monitor the operation of the coal-fired boiler steam soot blower,which cannot detect potential defects of the equipment in a timely manner.This paper provides a detailed introduction to the deployment and implementation of the operation monitoring system for coal-fired boiler soot blowers at Guoneng Shouguang Company.By installing a soot blower operation monitoring system based on industrial Internet of Things technology on the main body of the soot blower,collecting and analyzing data,it is beneficial to timely and accurately identify the defects of the soot blower,provide effective operation guidance for the operation and maintenance of the soot blower,improve the reliability of the soot blower system,and effectively make up for the shortcomings of the traditional dust blower maintenance mode.
