摘 要:某合资项目车型在路试阶段晨起初始制动噪声评估时出现了2.9 kHz的制动啸叫噪声。以该项目盘式制动器为研究对象,建立制动器复模态有限元模型,求解制动器系统的复特征值和模态振型,将复模态分析结果与实车噪声发生时的ODS测试结果进行MAC模态置信度因子计算,确认与制动啸叫噪声对应的不稳定模态。基于模态耦合理论分析研究该不稳定模态,提出了改善制动啸叫噪声的解决方法。During the road test phase of a certain joint venture project vehicle model,during the initial brake noise evaluation process in the morning,a 2.9 kHz brake squealing noise appeared.Taking the disc brake of this project as the research object,a complex modal finite element model of the brake system is established,and the complex eigenvalue and modal vibration mode of the brake system are solved.The complex modal analysis results are compared with the ODS test results when actual vehicle noise occurs,and the MAC modal confidence factor is calculated to confirm the unstable mode corresponding to the brake whistling noise.Based on the theory of modal coupling,this unstable mode is analyzed and studied,and a solution to improve brake squealing noise is proposed.
