摘　　要：全国宣传思想文化工作会议正式提出并系统阐述了习近平文化思想,指出其“明体达用、体用贯通”。这八个字高度概括了习近平文化思想的鲜明特征,表明习近平文化思想既包含了思想理论层面的认识论,即习近平文化思想对“文化的根脉、魂脉、主体是什么”的回答;又包含了实践操作层面的方法论,即习近平文化思想对如何建设社会主义文化强国、建设中华民族现代文明和实现中华民族伟大复兴的回答。从“体”与“用”的角度学习、研究、阐释习近平文化思想,有利于深化我们对新时代文化建设理论与实践的认识,为我国文化事业的发展提供科学的理论依据与实践指南。National Conference on Publicity and Ideological Work puts forward and systematically elaborates Xi Jinping thought on culture,stating that it is“Well Coordinated Both the Theories and Applications”.These eight words highly summarize the distinctive features of Xi Jinping thought on culture,indicating that it has both epistemology at the ideological and theoretical level,i.e.,Xi Jinping thought on culture answers the question of“what is root,soul and main body”and methodology in practice,i.e.,it answers the question of how to build a strong socialist cultural country,and modern civilization of Chinese nation,and realize the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.Xi Jinping thought on culture also has a practical and operational level of methodology,i.e.,it answers how to build a strong socialist cultural country,a modern civilization of the Chinese nation,and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Studying,researching and interpreting Xi Jinping thought on culture from the perspectives of“theories”and“applications”is conducive to deepening our understanding of cultural construction in the new era,and providing a scientific theoretical basis and practical guide for the development of China’s cultural undertakings.
