摘  要:建立茶多酚检测仪的校准方法。采用光纤光谱仪、中性滤光片作为计量标准,测量茶多酚检测仪在特定波长下的波长及透射比,给出茶多酚检测仪的波长最大允许误差、透射比示值误差及重复性、稳定性和通道间差异参考计量特性要求,波长最大允许误差为±10.0 nm,透射比示值误差为±2.0%,重复性不大于0.5%,10 min内吸光度变化为±0.01,通道间吸光度示值差异不大于0.05。分析测量过程不确定度来源,并进行不确定度评定。波长的扩展不确定度(k=2)为3.5 nm,透射比的扩展不确定度为0.3%(k=2)。该校准方法考虑了茶多酚检测仪的发展现状,使茶多酚检测仪的校准有据可依,可用于茶多酚检测仪的校准。The calibration method of tea polyphenol testers was established.Using a fiber optic spectrometer and neutral filter as measurement standards,the wavelength and transmittance of the tea polyphenol detector at a specific wavelength were measured.Metrological characteristic requirements such as the maximum allowable error,transmission value error and repeatability,stability and inter-channel difference of tea polyphenol testers were given according the research.The maximum allowable error of wavelength should not exceed±10.0 nm,the error of transmission should not exceed±2.0%,the repeability not exceed 0.5%,the change of absorbance within 10 min should not exceed±0.01,and the max allowed difference of absorbance between channels was 0.05.Uncertainty of measurement was analyzed to obtain expanded uncertainly in the measurement,the expanded uncertainly of wavelength and transmittance were 3.5 nm and 0.3%(k=2),respectively.This method takes into account the development status of tea polyphenol testers,makes the calibration of tea polyphenol testers reliable.The method can be used in the calibration of tea polyphenol testers.
